Air Force Material Command

Our team of highly qualified professionals supports Headquarters Air Force (HAF) budget preparation and defense, overseeing program execution and aircraft platforms, and providing comprehensive analysis and recommendations on requirements, acquisition strategies, and program documentation. Additionally, we offer specialized support in nuclear weapons modernization, force structure modernization, and advanced weapons/electronic warfare (EW) programs, bringing deep familiarity with nuclear surety processes, AF requirements development, and advanced technology integration. Our proven track record includes maintaining historical program documentation, preparing PPBE documentation, and supporting critical HAF review processes.

FEMA

We provide support to the FEMA’s Office of Response and Recovery (ORR) through project management, grant writing, estimating, engineering, and accounting to provide guidance, leadership, and oversight to build, sustain, and improve the coordination and delivery of support to citizens and State, local, Tribal and Territorial governments to save lives, reduce suffering, protect property and recover from all hazards. Specific responsibilities include staffing project managers to provide customer service to applicants through the PA grant delivery process and managing the process of PA grant delivery to individual applicants. Services under this contract include ensuring program delivery in a timely manner that meets the applicant’s recovery priorities, facilitating meetings and evaluating and making recommendations to FEMA as to whether the claim is eligible.

Arnold Engineering Development Complex

The AEDC Base Communications and IT Services (BCITS) provides network-centric information technology (IT), networking, and security, voice, video and data communications, information and applications management, system solutions services, as well as emerging requirements mandated by the USAF CIO. Additionally, BCITS provides services and solutions supporting the development, acquisition, integration, test, deployment, and sustainment of all infrastructure and network operations, production, and research and development mission capabilities. The services and solutions are aligned to AEDC mission requirements, the Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) architecture, Defense Information Infrastructure (DII), IC information sharing environments, AF, and defense communications systems infrastructure for computer and telecommunications network mission areas.

Bureau of Indian Affairs

Sabisu’s partner venturer was the prime awardee on three (3) separate strategic IDIQs: BIA Non-Personal Administrative and Professional Support Services (BIA-PALS), BIA Business Support Services (BIA-BSS), BIA Program Management and Industrial Engineering Consulting:

  • BIA Non-Personal Administrative and Professional Support Services (BIA-PALS): The BIA PALS contract is a multiple award IDIQ used to obtain contractors to provide administrative, professional, and other support services on behalf of many different offices and programs.
  • BIA Business Support Services (BIA-BSS): The BIA BSS contract is a multiple award IDIQ used to obtain contractors to provide Business support services on behalf of many different offices and programs.
  • BIA Program Management and Industrial Engineering Consulting Services (BIA-PMIECS): The BIA PMIECS contract is a multiple award IDIQ used to obtain contractors to provide Program / Project Management, Engineering and consulting related support services on behalf of many different offices and programs.

Program Executive Office Soldier (PEO Soldier)

We provide PEO Soldier with a wide array of support functions, including acquisition support, business management support, acquisition logistics support, operations support, engineering support, test support, quality assurance, graphics support, training and fielding support, field service support, and administrative support. We provide comprehensive assistance throughout the project lifecycle, offering expertise in acquisition planning, business management, engineering, testing, logistics, operations, graphics design, training, fielding, and administrative tasks. Our team develops high-quality inputs for program management documents, such as acquisition plans, source selection evaluation plans, supportability strategies, statements of work, and specifications.  

Department of the Air Force

The 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW) of the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) includes four components: The United States Air Force School of Aerospace Medicine (USAFSAM), the Airman Systems Directorate (711 HPW/RH), the Human Performance Integration Directorate (711 HPW/HP), and the Wing staff offices. USAFSAM provides Aerospace Medicine Training, Education, and Consultation to Enhance Warfighter Performance and Combat Casualty Care for Worldwide Operations in garrison and war. It is the center for aeromedical education, training, and consultation in direct support of USAF, Department of Defense (DoD), and in operations. USAFSAM provides peacetime and contingency support in hyperbaric, human performance, clinical and environmental health, laboratory and risk analysis, expeditionary medical support, and aeromedical evacuation. The 711 HPW/RH studies developing technologies specific to the human element of warfighting capability.
