Sabisu, one of Sedona Technologies Government Services Mentor Protégé’s Joint Ventures, is proud and honored to announce that we have been awarded a significant contract with the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE). This contract represents a major milestone for our company and underscores our commitment to excellence in engineering, construction management, and housing inspection support services. Our primary focus will be on the maintenance, repair, and construction of BIE employee housing units across the United States. Scope of the Project The scope of this project is encompassing a wide array of tasks. These tasks range from routine maintenance to major renovations and new construction projects. Our team will ensure that all housing units are maintained to the highest standards, providing safe and comfortable living conditions for BIE employees. Nationwide Coverage Given the widespread locations of BIE housing units, this project requires nationwide coverage. STGS is well-equipped to handle this challenge, with a team of professionals ready to deploy to various sites across the country. Our team for this project will be composed of a diverse group of professionals, including engineers, construction managers, and inspectors. Each member brings a wealth of experience and expertise to ensure the successful execution of the project. The responsibilities of our team are multifaceted and include: • Planning and Managing Projects: Our project management team will oversee all aspects of planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. • Conducting Inspections and Evaluations: Our inspectors will conduct thorough evaluations of housing units to identify and address any issues. • Providing Technical Expertise: Our subject matter experts (SMEs) in mechanical, structural, civil, and electrical engineering will offer their technical knowledge to support the project. • Ensuring Compliance with Codes and Regulations: We will ensure that all work complies with relevant codes and regulations, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality. • Developing and Managing Budgets and Schedules: Our team will develop detailed budgets and schedules to keep the project on track. • Addressing Climate Change: We will ensure that all structures are resilient and capable of withstanding the impacts of climate change. STGS is excited to embark on this journey with our Protégé, Sabisu and the Bureau of Indian Education.
